FHOK is organized through a network of 61 active member branches with a strong local network in all the urban centers (Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu) covered by the Urban Reproductive Initiative. It covers 49 districts and has 150 full-time highly experienced and professional full time staff.
It also has about forty part-time medical personnel serving in different capacities in the medical centers. The Executive Director who is answerable to the National Executive Committee (NEC) heads the organization’s secretariat. The NEC is elected every three years during the Annual Delegates Conference (ADC). The Executive Director has two directors; the Director of Programs and the Director of Finance and Administration.
