Our Partners

Our major support is from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), who support core activities with projects like “Integrated Medical Centres and Community Based Reproductive Health Services”, “Integrating Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMCTC) plus into safe motherhood” , “Increasing Access to VCT and ASRH information and services” and "Model of Care (MOC) project that integrates HIV care into reproductive health".

FHOK works in close collaboration with the Government of Kenya and specifically the Ministry of  Public Health and Sanitation, Ministry of Medical Services, Ministry of Gender and Social Services, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Planning and National Development through the National Coordinating Agency for Population and Development.

United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), has been supporting “Increasing access to VCT and ASRH Information and Services”, a project in Mombasa and Nairobi Youth Centres

Family Health International supports the HIV prevention component in Mombasa Youth Centre through APHIAII project.

EngenderHealth supportedBehaviour Change Communication" Project in Mombasa - Working with Youth through Drama.

Japan Trust Fund supports Intensifying access to VCT and treatment of Opportunistic Infections for the informal sector in Nairobi's Eastern Central Business District.

Community REACH Pact Inc has been supporting “Intensifying Youth VCT Services” project.

Others are British Department for International Development (DFID), the World Bank (IDA) through the Government of Kenya, Management Sciences for Health, Rockefeller Foundation, European Union, Futures Group Europe, Netherlands Trust Fund (through IPPF), Japanese Organisation for International Co-operation in Family Planning (JOICFP), for HIV/AIDS, KFW and GTZ of Germany.

Swedish Internatinal Development Cooperation Agenc (SIDA) through The Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU) is supporting "Young Men as Equal Partners" a project being implemented in Bondo, Homabay and Nyando Districts.

Institute of Tropical Medicine (ITM)- Belgium is currently supporting the "Pambazuko Project" A sex workers project that aims to promote screening, treatment and primary prevention for HIV/AIDS and STI.
