Governance
FHOK governance structure start at grassroots level where policy volunteers form branches. A branch must have at least 50 members. Every year each branch sends two of its members, to the Annual Delegates Conference (ADC), which is the Organization’s supreme body sanctioned to approve policy matters. The ADC elects National Executive Committee (NEC), which is responsible for governance of the Organization for a period of three years. Currently NEC has been replaced by Interim Governing Committee (IGC) with a term limit of one year.
