The current board on a one year term - Interim Governance Committee (IGC) has a mandate to bring a turn around in the organization. The committee has already adopted a one year transformation strategic plan. The Plan has taken into account the Decentralization concept and process, which emphasizes the establishment and strengthening the capacity of Branches and Clinics and empowering them to operate efficiently and effectively in the delivery of services.
