FHOK’s major support is from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), which supports core activities. It works in close collaboration with the Government of Kenya and specifically the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation, Ministry of Medical Services, Ministry of Gender and Social Services, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Ministry of Planning and National Development through the National Coordinating Agency for Population and Development.

Other Collaborators include;

  1. RFSU, that supports “Increasing access to comprehensive SRH services and GBV support services in urban and peri-urban areas of Eldoret” project.
  2. DANIDA, that supports “Youth Sexuality Education (YES) Project” in Rachuonyo.
  3. United Nations Population fund (UNFPA) - supports FHOK youth programs and HIV-MARPS interventions.
  4. Family Health International (FHI) – support “Transport sector Integrated Health Project” (Matatu crew project)
  5. Health NGOs Network (HENNET) – A network of NGOs working on health programs in Kenya.
  6. Japanese Trust Fund – supports Integrating HIV Prevention and Positive Prevention for women and men in Nakuru District.
  7. David and Lucille Packard Foundation - supports repositioning of family planning in Nyanza and Western Kenya.
  8. British Department for International Development (DFID)  - supports Global Poverty Action Fund project.
  9. Foundation for professional Development (FPD), South Africa, - Collaborates with FHOK, Family Health Training Institute to sponsor short on capacity service providers on SRH.
